These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and MCB66 ("MCB66", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the MCB66 website accessible at https://mcb66.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and other interactive gaming products offered through the platform.

MCB66 is an online entertainment platform providing casino gaming and sports wagering services to eligible adult users. The platform is designed and operated for the Malaysian market, with all transactions conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through locally recognised payment channels including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the MCB66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Member on the MCB66 platform, used to access services, deposit funds, place wagers, and manage personal details.
• "Balance" — the total MYR funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising cash funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any transaction placed by a Member on the platform involving a financial stake on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible wagering product.
• "Bonus Funds" — any non-cashable promotional credits or bonus MYR amounts credited to a Member's Account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process required of all Members prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Member" — any individual who has registered a verified account on the MCB66 platform and meets all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• "Platform" — the MCB66 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all related products and services accessible at https://mcb66.cam.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Member must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Void Bet" — a wager that has been cancelled and the stake returned to the Member's Account, typically due to event cancellation, postponement, or a technical error affecting market integrity.

To register and maintain an active Account on MCB66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. MCB66 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21. Age verification is enforced during the KYC process and MCB66 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must be the sole authorised user of your Account. Accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by any person other than the registered Member.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a current self-exclusion agreement with MCB66 in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of MCB66 or any of its affiliates, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each Member may hold only one registered Account on MCB66. Duplicate accounts, whether identified through the same name, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying data, are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. MCB66 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account details.

Before processing any withdrawal, MCB66 requires completion of our KYC verification process. The following documents are typically required:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification document — MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport (bio-data page).
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, TIME, Maxis, Unifi, etc.) or official bank statement dated within the previous three months.
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identification document with your face and ID fully visible and unobstructed.
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered e-wallet or bank account matching the name on the Account).

MCB66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. KYC reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours of a complete document submission. MCB66 may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

By accessing the MCB66 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

• You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk. MCB66 is a gambling platform and you may lose the funds you deposit. You accept this risk explicitly.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the MCB66 platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. MCB66 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
• You will not use the platform in any manner that could impair, damage, or interfere with the functionality, security, or integrity of the platform, its infrastructure, or other Members' experiences.
• You will not attempt to access administrative areas, backend systems, databases, or any restricted areas of the platform through any means, including but not limited to hacking, credential stuffing, or social engineering.
• You acknowledge that MCB66 uses cookies, session tracking, and related technologies to deliver and improve its services. Use of the platform constitutes consent to this data processing as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and approved cryptocurrency methods including USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

MCB66 does not charge fees on deposits made through Malaysian e-wallet or bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur nominal network transaction fees charged by the respective blockchain network, which are outside MCB66's control. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment channels. Maximum limits vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon receipt of confirmed payment from the payment processor. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receiving the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–60 minutes depending on network conditions.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment channels that match the name on your registered Account. MCB66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets not previously used for deposits, except at MCB66's sole discretion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is satisfactorily completed. MCB66 targets the following processing timeframes, which are subject to operational conditions and verification status:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes after approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes after approval.

MCB66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, processing may be delayed pending investigation.

MCB66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement specifying the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before any derived winnings become withdrawable. Rollover requirements typically range from 8x to 35x depending on the promotion.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While an active bonus is credited to your Account, your maximum permitted stake per bet is capped — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or event. Placing bets exceeding this cap during a bonus period may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20% per the specific promotion terms. Sports bets may contribute at a separate rate. • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed before expiry, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived play, stated as a fixed MYR figure or a multiple of the bonus value. Winnings in excess of this cap are forfeited upon withdrawal.
• Bonus Abuse: MCB66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban Members found to be abusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the MCB66 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. MCB66 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where a Void Bet ruling applies as described below.
• In the event of a palpable error — including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or data feed error — MCB66 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's Account without liability for any lost winnings opportunity.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after commencement, MCB66 will apply the void bet procedure unless a result has already been determined in accordance with the applicable sport's governing body rules, in which case the settled result stands.
• MCB66's settlement of sporting events follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, FA Malaysia, UFC, the English Premier League). Results from news reports, television broadcasts, or third-party sources are not binding on MCB66.
• For live casino and slot games, the results generated by the platform's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing procedures are final and binding. Technical malfunctions during a game round will be investigated and, where the outcome cannot be verified, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MCB66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or facilitating more than one registered Account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the Member relationship.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence betting systems, or any other non-human tool to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, mathematical errors, or misconfigured odds for systematic profit — commonly referred to as "advantage play" where it violates the spirit of the platform's gaming integrity.
• Chargebacks or reversed payment disputes through third-party payment processors or financial institutions without first exhausting MCB66's internal dispute resolution process.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, casino employees, or external parties to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising your MCB66 Account or account access to any third party.

MCB66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Member-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon closure of an Account, any available cash balance (net of any pending or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the primary verified payment method on record, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable investigation process. MCB66 is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a proven breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCB66's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

MCB66 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether MCB66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MCB66 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. MCB66 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits MCB66's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the MCB66 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, audio, and video material, is the exclusive property of MCB66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without MCB66's express prior written consent.

The MCB66 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of MCB66. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

MCB66 collects and processes personal data in connection with Member accounts and platform operations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

MCB66 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Member personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmission is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

MCB66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and player welfare. The following tools and protections are available to all Members via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and downward adjustments cannot be reversed for 24 hours to protect the Member.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permitted losses over a specified period. Once a loss limit is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days, during which deposits and betting are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a period of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between MCB66 and a Member, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting MCB66 Customer Support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures. MCB66's decisions on gaming outcomes, bonus settlements, and account matters based on documented evidence and these Terms shall be considered final and binding in the absence of manifest error.

Members who believe a specific game outcome was incorrectly settled must submit a written complaint to MCB66 Customer Support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event, including the relevant bet reference number and a description of the dispute. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted for investigation.

MCB66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except as follows:

• For material changes — those that substantially affect Member rights, obligations, or financial interests — MCB66 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the Member's registered address and/or a prominent platform notification.
• Non-material changes, including corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, and clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may be made without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the MCB66 platform following notification of material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. MCB66 recommends that Members review the Terms at least once per quarter to remain informed of the current conditions governing their use of the platform.
